These terms govern use of Mitali Circle accounts, courses, mentorship, community features, expert access, purchases, and platform content.
Accounts and eligibility
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, providing accurate information, and using the platform only when legally allowed to do so.
Courses, mentorship, and community
Course access, mentor rooms, challenges, community spaces, expert inboxes, and livestreams are provided according to the access records, purchases, and grants attached to the account.
Payments and refunds
Paid products must be purchased through the approved checkout flow. Refunds, credits, taxes, and chargebacks are handled according to the applicable product terms and payment provider records.
User content
Users keep ownership of content they submit, but grant Mitali Circle the rights needed to host, display, process, moderate, and deliver that content inside the platform.
Acceptable use
Users may not abuse the platform, violate laws, harass others, infringe rights, bypass access controls, scrape restricted data, upload malware, or interfere with service reliability.
Intellectual property
Mitali Circle course materials, software, branding, designs, and platform content are protected and may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or used outside the allowed access terms.
Service changes and availability
Features, instructors, rooms, course structures, and availability may change as the platform evolves, while existing paid access will be handled according to applicable purchase records.
Termination
Mitali Circle may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or misuse paid or community access.

Educational and mentorship content is provided for learning and professional development. Mitali Circle is not responsible for decisions made outside the platform, and liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
